Jan Wildberger is a founding partner of the new firm. As attorney and solicitor (England & Wales), his specialty fields are international and domestic private equity (venture capital to buyouts, real estate private equity, mezzanines), M&A and joint ventures, with an emphasis on transnational leveraged buyouts (LBO). He has advised financial investors, strategists, entrepreneurs and managers in these areas since 1998. Before co-founding HAARMANN, he had served as lead counsel for private equity clients at the Frankfurt offices of Haarmann, Hemmelrath & Partner since 2005. Before this posting, he worked in Frankfurt and London for Ashurst, helping to set up the German Private Equity and M&A divisions. Jan Wildberger is the author of many professional publications.
