He had held positions with Commerzbank AG, Credit Suisse Group and Clifford Chance before becoming a partner at Haarmann, Hemmelrath & Partner in 2005. He advises principally in private and public banking law, European and German capital market supervisory law, and matters of structured financing and derivative financial instruments.
