Klaus Mohr, a qualified attorney in German law, possesses extensive experience in a wide range of M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions including LBOs/MBOs and joint ventures. He is particularly experienced in the real estate, IT, automotive and retail sectors and also advises corporations on corporate and commercial matters. Prior to his joining HAARMANN as a partner, he worked for Allen & Overy and before that, for the law firm of Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Price Waterhouse. Klaus Mohr is also an active member on supervisory and advisory boards.
