Michael Graf is MBA (Diplom-Kaufmann), Attorney and Tax Consultant. He has extensive experience in advising multinationals on current tax matters as well as on restructurings and M&A transactions. He furthermore advises on the tax efficient structuring of investment funds and structured finance transactions. Prior to joining HAARMANN as a partner, Michael Graf worked for Allen & Overy and before that for one of the big four accounting firms.
