Francis M. Bellen is an attorney and a founding partner of the new firm. He was with Pünder, Volhard, Weber & Axter and Clifford Chance in Frankfurt am Main and London before becoming a partner at Haarmann, Hemmelrath & Partner in 2005. He chiefly serves as lead counsel in litigation proceedings in state courts and national and international arbitration tribunals. In addition, he represents clients at the Court of Justice of the European Communities. Francis M. Bellen advises in matters of contract and corporate law.
