The HAARMANN M&A Conference ties in with the success of the HAARMANN Tax Conference, which is considered to be a "must" for all advisors and decision makers in the field of corporate tax law.
The conference focuses on the current economic environment and legal framework for transactions in Germany and for cross-boarder deals. The various topics will be addressed in presentations and panel discussions.
